Situation: Lync 2010 deployed throughout organization. Users reporting that they have attended a "current" call by using a "future" link, and a situation where one of the individuals on a call had another one scheduled right after, and new folks started joining. Problem was the first conversation was regarding sensitive information.
How do we mitigate from this happening? Can we make links expire or only work within a set time? For example, I send out a meeting invite from 12PM-1PM. I don't want to the link to work unless (1) It's within that time frame, and (2) you were invited by the meeting organizer.
