I have a question,
1. Why we must separate name url between Lync Web Service Internal and External?
2. if we separate the Lync Web Service internal and External (for example: internal-> pool.domain.com, external -> pool-ext.domain.com), and then i access from internet network, the configuration information show:
URL Internal From Server;https://pool.domain.com:443/abs/handler
URL External From Server;https://pool-ext.domain.com:443/abs/handler
why the GAL Status information show: https://pool.domain.com:443/abs/handler, why not https://pool-ext.domain.com:443/abs/handler?
3. What the best practice Microsoft regarding this configuration?
