Do I need to run Prepare Schema to add new Lync 2010 front end servers in the existing pool?

Hello, 

Currently, we are having the following Lync 2010 environment. 

1 enterprise pool with 4 FEs.

If we want to add 2 more FEs in the existing pool, do we need to perform the below steps?

Prepare Schema
Prepare Forest
Prepare Domain
