Lync Server 2010 - "The given key was not present" when bootstrapping.

I am attempting to bootstrap an existing Lync 2010 SE deployment, after adding a Archiving/Monitoring server.  However, I am receiving this error when attempting the final step of bootstrapping the SE Front-End server:

Uninstall unused features

Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Details
Type: KeyNotFoundException
Stack Trace
at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowKeyNotFoundException()
at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key)
at Microsoft.Rtc.Management.Deployment.Core.MsiFeatureFactory.GetFeature(String featureName)
at Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.Tools.Bootstrapper.BootstrapperTask.RemoveUnusedFeatures(Boolean scorch)
at Microsoft.Rtc.Management.Internal.Utilities.LogWriter.InvokeAndLog[T](Action`1 action, T arg)

I have successfully performed these steps (Not necessarily in this order):

Added Archiving and Monitoring servers to Topology and published with no errors.

Installed SqlServer 2008R2 and created the FileShare

Successfully bootstrapped the Archiving / Monitoring server

Installed Monitoring Tools to the database

I am a member of both the CSAdministrator, and the RTCUniversalServerAdmins groups.

I have looked at about 4 or 5 other posts describing a similar problem, but they all seem to reference each other, and none of them are helping in this case..  I can perform Enable-CsComputer -verbose with no errors, but both the Wizard and bootstrap.exe generate this odd dictionary error.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
