Migrating a user: Cannot find Registrar Pool. Verify "OCS Pool Name" is a valid registrar pool

I have deployed a test pilot pool on Lync 2013 and both servers are running together. However, when I try to move a user either using PowerShell OR through the GUI, I am receiving the above error message. 

I am pretty sure it has to do with the naming of the pool - but how can I resolve this?
