Lync 2010 server moving Back End Server to another Server.

Hi,

I have a Lync 2010 server setup in my organization. The configuration as below.

1 Front End server

1 Backend server

1 Monitoring and Archiving server.

My requirement is to move Back End server to another Physical server (Reason to Move another server is for H/W configuration)

Is there any step to move only Backend Database without disturbing Front End server?

I want to retain same pool and Front end server, Please share Best practices and recommendations.
