SQL permission after Lync deployment

My BDA team had give me the right permission on their SQL backend to deploy Lync entreprise.

So far, so good.  Lync has been deployed.

Now they are wondering is they can remove some rights?

They have gave me the rights has stated here:

(Granted RTCUniversalServerAdmins  the sysadmins SQL Server security group and member of the SQL Server local Administrators group)

Basically, they want to remove the RTCUniversalServerAdmins  group fron the SQL Server local Administrators group
