Testing TCP port 5061 on host lync.mydomain.com to ensure it's listening and open.

Hi,

I am implementing lync 2013 server. While I am testing lync server remote connectivity at https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com, I am getting this error 

Testing TCP port 5061 on host lync.mydomain.com to ensure it's listening and open.

I have opened port 5061 on my Firewall, but I can't see this port in use on lync server. Please help to fix it.

One more question, I have Port 443 already in use for my exchange server and I have a single public to publish all these things. The Lync autodiscover also use this port. How can I change this port for Lync ? 

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated!!
