Howdy!
I am in the middle of a Lync deployment for a client and I am trying to federate their Lync 2010 instance with our own internal instance and am experiencing some issues (the dreaded 504 error).
To help rule out anything on my side, is there anyone out there that would be willing to do some federation testing to help me work through these issues?
Our deployments look very similar: 1 EE Front End and 1 Edge Server. All appropriate FW entries are open, all external A and SRV records have been published, and all edge external services have public CA certs. Users can connect in through the Edge externally and use all of the expected features except for federation with domains on the allowed list.
