Removing MSCStandalone.msi failure code 1603

Hello,

I am having issues decommissioning a Lync 2010 Server, all role apart from Mcx have uninstalled successfully. I am getting the below error with Mcx

Removing McxStandalone.msi(Feature_WebComponent_Autodiscover) failure code 1603
Error returned while installing McxStandalone.msi(Feature_WebComponent_Autodiscover) failure code 1603

Any ideas?
