Upgrading existing Standard server to Enterprise (without deploying a new server)

I've been researching for a couple days now and I haven't located information relative to our situation at my company. I've been tasked with updating our existing Standard deployment to Enterprise with the hope of retaining existing users and configuration. Many of the examples I've come across are for new servers added to the environment that will be the Entperise server. I would like to upgrade the existing. Is it as simple as adding the Entrprise pool, migrating users, and decommissioning the Standard server in the topology builder?

These are the steps I've come up with so far:

  1. Validate that there are no pre-existing Central Management Server replication issues
    1. Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus | Select uptodate,replicafqdn
  2. Backup the CMS and LIS databases
    1. Export-CsConfiguration –FileName config.zip
    2. Export-CsLisConfiguration –FileName lis.zip
  3. Install the CMS database
    1. Install-CsDatabase –CentralManagementDatabase –DatabasePaths –SQLServerFQDN <SQL Server FQDN> -SQLInstanceName <SQL Instance Name>
  4. Enable the topology change
    1. Enable-CsTopology
  5. Open the Lync Management Shell with elevated priviledges
    1. Move-CcManagementServer

Am I creating the Ent pool after the above tasks are complete? Any guidance would be appreciated!
