Any ideas why calls coming into a response group only display the callerID phone number without the callerID name? It is working for direct calls not routing through the response group, the name show on the toast.
I have a response group setup in basic hunt group using parallel routing. There are only 4 agents assigned. The callerID name does appear when somone calls the agent/user directly using their extension or speaking their name during the auto attendant. We do not have a PBX only OCS 2007 R2 (latest updates) for all enterprise voice with an exchange 2007 SP3 UM auto attendant. The phone lines are PSTN coming into an NET tenor gateway in one office and an audiocodes MP118 in another office, both behave the same. I have already edited our mediation server to pass the callerID name through (it definitely works for all calls not going through the response group). Thanks
