Hey Team,
Recently our mailboxes got migrated from legacy exchange organization to new Exchange organization.
We have OCS setup and its operating well in legacy organization.
Problem is now once we shifted our mailbox from old organization to new organization, my conversation history for OCS is not getting saved in new mailbox.
New organization has Exchange 2010 and Lync is yet in deployment phase. But is there any way I can redirect my conversation history to new mailbox so that conversation history feature remains uninterrupted and I don;t loose any information.
I think we should be able to do this in cloud era.
Please suggest options.
