issue with permissions

Hi All,

 I'm implementing Lync 2010.

Initially i had schema, enterprise and domain permissions for the AD prep. Then all these 3 permissions were removed and made the members of CSAdministrator group and RTCUniversalServerAdmins. When i try to publish the topology it errors out with permission. Again i added lync admin to domain administrators and was able to publish the topology. I wonder did i miss any group membership for which i required Domain admin permission?

 I wonder how to create databases using lync cmdlets. I followed the preocess as per http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398832.aspx

 I could create only CMS database and rest of the command errorsout.

 Any help would be greately appriciated.
